ANOTHER COURT LOSS FOR SILVERPOINT

With EX TS on their side, our client has had their timeshare with Silverpoint declared null and void by a Spanish Court. Not only are they out of their contract for good but the Judge presiding over the case also awarded compensation to the value of £19,017 plus interest.
